Went in as I sweat my hair out a bit sleeping and the owner asked why I didn’t go back to where I had it done yesterday. I explained that it was located in Brooklyn and again just pieces of my hair got messed up. She got an attitude and said she would still charge me full price despite me needing about 15-20 minutes of work. This was without her touching or looking at it. Horrible first impression and seemed to have an attitude as the owner.
This salon is amazing! It was my first time getting layers, and I was pretty nervous about how they’d turn out. Lennyn was so kind and really walked me through the whole process, which made me feel a lot more comfortable. I ended up loving how my hair came out and will definitely be coming back! 💇🏽♀️❤️
